Processing Time Details

Each item is handmade to order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the preparation of your order before shipping.
During busy periods (sales, holidays, etc.), production times may be slightly extended. We will always keep you informed in case of delay.

Shipping Options Available

We ship from France to various destinations worldwide.

• 🇫🇷 France: Delivery within 2 to 4 business days after shipping

• 🌍 International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven't received your confirmation email.

Returns and Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part

Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a mistake on our end.
