Order's payment
The store offers various secure payment options to ensure that you can use the method that suits you best. All payments are processed securely by the third-party payment provider Stripe and are protected by encryption. Any returned items eligible for a refund will be reimbursed using the same payment method used to place the order.
Order processing and shipment
Orders are dispatched from my workshop on Reunion Island, generally 48 hours after confirmation, by Lettre Suivie, Colissimo or International registered letter, depending on volume, weight and destination. Their delivery depends on the processing time indicated by La Poste. Allow an average of 2 to 3 days for shipments to Reunion Island, 5 to 7 days for shipments to mainland France (Lettre Suivie), 10 to 12 days for shipments to mainland France (Colissimo), 10 to 15 days for Europe, Canada and the United States. These times are given as an indication.
Your orders are dispatched with a tracking number communicated by email on the same day they are deposited with La Poste. The tracking number allows you to instantly follow the status of your shipment. If your order is not received within the normal delivery time, you can notify us by email at contact@saracrea.net.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage, and are calculated automatically when you validate your basket. We advise you to combine your purchases into a single order, as it is impossible to send two separate orders in a single shipment, which must be subject to separate shipping charges (1 order = 1 shipment).

Important notice
For deliveries by Colissimo (orders weighing more than 100g, parcel thickness more than 3cm, total dimensions more than 29 x 32cm) to Metropolitan France, European Union countries and the rest of the world, customs duties may apply to the delivery of your parcel if the value of the order exceeds 45 euros excluding delivery charges.
